Day 3: Lessons Learned

Day 3 was tough, I’ll be first to admit. It was Monday. I should have been going to tennis drill, running a few errands, and then to music rehearsal. Instead, I was reading dangerously too much news. It made me depressed and fatigued.

Lesson learned: Put the phone down. Step away from the news. It’s overload and will destroy the good vibe you’re trying to set.

Tip: Order groceries online. I easily shopped for my groceries, and then had them delivered to my car in the grocery parking lot. Fast, easy, and kept me out of the store. Only thing they were out of — SUGAR. I agree, we all need more of this during a pandemic.

Movie recommendation: What We Do In The Shadows. If you saw JoJo Rabbit, this is by the same writer/director. If you’re OK with some gore, and a vampire theme, its wickedly funny.
